1. Replacement of damaged fault table

If there is no feedback about damage within 7 days after the express receipt, it will be assumed that the products are all in good condition.

If there are more than 10 problem lists within 2 months of the order, please contact customer service for exchange. We (the seller) are responsible for the return postage;

If 10 items have not been accumulated, the buyer will be responsible for the exchange postage; if the order is more than 2 months old, exchange will not be processed.

In order to allow customers to get products with more price advantages, the price is low and the profit is small. When the quantity of watches is small, the shipping fee may be higher than the value of the product itself. Please understand.

2. Exchange processing of non-faulty tables

If the product does not have quality problems (including minor defects) and needs to be exchanged, the replacement will be exchanged at a discounted price as follows.��Different colors or other styles:

10% off the value of the order within one month, and the replacement postage will be borne by the buyer;

20% off the value of the order within 2 months, and the replacement postage will be borne by the buyer;

30% off the value of the order within 3 months, and the replacement postage will be borne by the buyer.

Orders placed more than 3 months ago will not be subject to after-sales processing.

When the exchange quantity exceeds 500, or the exchange quantity exceeds 50% of the corresponding order quantity, or the after-sales style is a clearance style, no return or exchange will be processed.

About mixed batch

The goods are scattered, one or two of each type, with many styles and small quantities. Because the styles ordered are too scattered, it takes a lot of time to distribute and check the goods. Therefore, if there is a color that is out of stock, the quantity of the same style will be increased or other colors of the same style will be sent.Please note that the colors will be substituted for delivery and the total order quantity will be shipped.
